Practice Co-ordination Team

Our Practice Co-ordination Team (PCT) is made up of a group of skilled individuals. Our key responsibility is to provide professional, efficient, and proactive business support across the firm. We strive for fungibility and flexibility to meet changing business needs by continuously improving our skills, sharing knowledge and ideas across the team, and embracing new technologies and systems.

Teamwork is integral to achieving our goals.

The responsibilities below are a guide for the core responsibilities in this role and not a conclusive list of all tasks:

  • Diary management;
  • Participation in project meetings/leadership meeting
  • Translations, spell checks, formatting and editing documents and reports;
  • Prepare project invoices;
  • Travel and Expense management for Directors;
  • Organisation of practice events, team away days;
  • Ad hoc duties as required.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a financial or professional environment.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office 365 to a good standard.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good organisational skills, diligence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Confident in building positive working relationships across the company.
  • Strong team-player with a flexible, initiative-taking, and professional attitude.
  • Language skills – German, English.


DESIRABLE
  • Language skills – French, Spanish
